Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR-Yasa ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service, whether or not they create an account.

2. Description of Service

QR-Yasa provides a web-based QR code generator available at qr-yasa.com. The Service includes: • Free tier: unlimited static QR codes generated entirely in your browser • Paid tiers (Starter, Pro): dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, folder organisation, and additional features • Telegram bot (@QRYasaRobot): QR code generation via Telegram Static QR codes are generated client-side and no data is transmitted to our servers unless you choose to create an account and save them.

3. Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use passwordless authentication (magic links and Google OAuth). Notify us immediately at support@qr-yasa.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information up to date.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@qr-yasa.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans

Starter and Pro plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are shown in USD or UZS depending on your location.

Payment processing

Payments for international customers are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Payments for customers in Uzbekistan are processed by Payme. Your payment is subject to the payment processor's terms.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Plan downgrades

If you exceed plan limits after a downgrade (e.g., more dynamic QRs than your new plan allows), existing QRs will continue to function as static codes. New dynamic QRs cannot be created until you are within your plan's limits.

Credit packs

One-time dynamic QR credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: • Generate QR codes containing illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content • Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content via QR codes • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party • Harvest or scrape the Service using automated means without our written permission • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems • Resell or commercially exploit the Service in ways not permitted by your plan We reserve the right to disable QR codes or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you encode in QR codes and any names or descriptions you assign to saved QRs. By saving QR codes to our Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content back to you.

Our content

The QR-Yasa name, logo, website design, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

Open source

Portions of the Service use open-source software. Applicable licences are available upon request.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • QR codes generated will be readable by all QR scanners • Scan analytics data will be 100% accurate Dynamic QR redirect functionality depends on our servers being operational. We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QR-YASA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR-Yasa and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date below and, where required, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
