Refund Policy

Short version: New subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. After that, cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes when and how you may request a refund for paid plans and add-ons purchased on QR-Yasa (qr-yasa.com). All payments processed through Paddle.com Market Limited are subject to Paddle's own terms and this policy. Payments processed through Payme (for users in Uzbekistan) are subject to Payme's terms and this policy.

3. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
Dynamic QR credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Because these credits are immediately available and consumable, they are non-refundable once purchased. Exception: if credits were never used and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will consider refunding unused credits on a case-by-case basis.
4. Extended History Add-On
The Extended History add-on is a recurring monthly charge. It is subject to the same 14-day money-back guarantee as subscription plans for the first charge. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable; cancel at any time to stop future billing.

We do not issue refunds for: • Charges older than 30 days (unless required by law) • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations • Downgrades mid-billing-cycle (you retain access until the period ends) • Fees arising from currency conversion or your bank's foreign transaction charges • Partially used subscription periods beyond the 14-day guarantee window
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will cooperate fully with your bank to resolve any legitimate disputes.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. In particular, EU and UK consumers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will be communicated by email where required.
